... works in the domain of artificial intelligence should be assessed on analogy with natural intelligence at a functional level first of all. The nature "has invented" intelligence for a human life in which genetic experience is being expanded by non-genetic experience based on conditioned reflexes, processed by a natural language. The basic functions of natural intelligence are the discovering of new units of experience, their mastering and systematic inclusion into already existing experience for the future reuse in a human life.               P.Sosnin
